Stages E1, E2 and E3 will be counted to overall 3 day results.

For WRE please refer to information for the second (E2, 5.7.2014) and third (E3, 6.7.2014) stage of the event.

All competitors registered for the above stages in the Elite class will be automatically included for WRE.

World Ranking IDs

The IOF has introduced new World Ranking IDs for all athletes taking part in World Ranking Events. The athletes need to give their World Ranking IDs when entering to the event. The IDs can be found here: http://iofranking.osport.ee/iofranking/Athletes

If you do not have a WR ID yet, please apply for one as soon as possible by sending this form: IOF Athlete ID request template to the address: new_AthleteID@orienteering.org

Check your own data

The new IOF World Ranking system only uses the Latin alphabet from a to z. It is very important for all riders to check that the information about them is correct. Please check the following: spelling of your first and last name, birth year, and nationality. If you find any mistakes, please report them to changes_AthleteData@orienteering.org. When reporting, please let us know your complete birth date (day, month, year).

Winning times for WRE - elite class - sprint 15-20 minutes, middle 40-50 minutes. For all other classes the winning times will be according to Czech cup rules.

Terrain description

Moderate hilly with high density network of tracks and paths. Some paths may have sand ground and be physically challenging.

Entries

Competitors registred for Czech cup can use ORIS system.

All others competitors can register by email to : j.putik@gmail.com . Email entry has to be confirmed by organizer. Entry should contain name, IOF id, class and SI card number for each competitor.

Accommodation

Campsite at event arena. Possible from Friday 4.7. Price 80 CZK per person / night. Camping is possible in own tents or caravans.

Car parking

Car parking is possible at event arena. Parking fee is 50 CZK for all three days.

Prize giving ceremony

Stages E1-E2 and relay - each day on 20:00 at the event centre.

Stage E3 and 3 days overall - after the race, approx on 14:00 at the event centre

On Friday and Saturday the party with music starts right after the prize giving ceremony.

Equipment check

Equipment check will be performed at start for classes M/W 14, M/W 17 and all OPEN only.

Wearing a cycling helmet is mandatory for all the stages. The bikes of all competitors must have the tires with minimal width of 1.5’’.

Punching system

Sportident electronic punching system.

Complaints

The time limit for complaints is 1 hour after official race finish. Complaints received after this time limit will only be  considered if there are valid exceptional circumstances which must be explained in the complaint.  Any complaint shall be made in writing to the organizer – contact the staff at the finish.
